The Influence of Work Motivation and Discipline on Teacher Performance at the Pustek Serpong Vocational School in South Tangerang

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline, either partially or simultaneously on teacher performance at Pustek Serpong, South Tangerang. In this study, sampling technique used a saturated sample, which amounted 60 respondents. The data analysis methods are Validity Test, Reliability Heteroscedasticity Multicollinearity Autocorrelation Normality Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient Determination, Multiple Linear Regression, Partial significant test (t test) simultaneous (F test). results indicate that discipline have positive with contribution 56.1% influence while remaining 43.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in study. From hypothesis test, it shows Fcount value 36.423 greater than Ftable 3.16 level 0.000 less 0.05. So can be concluded performance.
